Regina Wiley is the Founder and Executive Director of Advocates for Education, Elevation & Empowerment. (AE3 INC) . Regina is the head designer, event planner, organizer and model coach of Katlady Productions. She facilitates 101 fashion and 101 sewing workshops with young mothers at Lutheran Social Services. Regina is a mentor. She works with Bedford Hills Correctional facility to assist the children of incarcerated mothers with books, clothes and coats. Regina has Advocated with (CAIC) Halt solitary confinement. She has lobbied in Albany with many legislators. as well as, marched to Washington DC where she was the bus captain and facilitated workshops with second chance, returning citizen on parole with (Victor Pate).

Regina received an Oscar for best design cover in the Fantasia Veneziana magazine from Italy and New York. She has received an honorable recognition award from Black Wall Street. Regina participated in Jimi Holloway Productions where she received a citation from Eric Adams for continuing work in the community. Regina has had the opportunity to speak at the following Universities Syracuse, Plattsburgh, Nevada Southern. King's County College. Regina is an alumni of Community College Fellow CCF) Regina is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle, John Hopkins University, Columbia University business school.
